Yoga and Pilates are gentle, but your wellbeing comes first. Every session is designed for beginners, and our instructors explain modifications so you can participate safely.

  • Listen to your body. Discomfort is normal; sharp pain is a signal to stop. Tell the instructor immediately.
  • Disclose injuries. Share recent surgeries, chronic conditions, or pregnancy before class so we can adapt poses.
  • Arrive early. Ten minutes lets us review your needs and settle you in without rush.
  • Stay hydrated. Bring water and avoid a heavy meal within two hours of practice.

Medical clearance

If you have cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe osteoporosis, or are recovering from surgery, speak with your doctor before starting. We are happy to coordinate with your physician.
