1. Acceptance

By accessing aspireflux.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Bookings and Payments

All class bookings require advance payment. Prices are shown before checkout. We publish service terms, prices and complaint procedure before concluding any electronic contract, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.

3. Introductory Offer and Membership

Introductory offers are limited to one per person unless stated otherwise. Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Changes to membership terms will be notified in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before a class receive a full credit or refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. Refund requests must be sent to contact@aspireflux.com.

5. Liability and Medical Disclaimer

Participation in classes is at your own risk. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme. We are not liable for injuries arising from failure to disclose medical conditions or from improper form. Our advertising is truthful and recognisable under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996; no therapeutic claims are made.

6. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted by email to contact@aspireflux.com or by post to our address. We respond within 14 calendar days.
